How to get here
Once in Sorrento just call IL NIDO and we'll pick up you at the CIRCUMVESUVIANA Train Station that is also the last stop for the CURRERI bus coming from Capodichino.

PLEASE NOTE: The free pick up service is available from 03.00pm till 11.00pm.In any other time you can use the public bus to reach IL NIDO. Buses leave from the Sorrento train station and follow for Via Nastro Verde. Ask the drivers which stop is for IL NIDO. Taxi just cost 20,00 euro.
By train
Reach Napoli Centrale - Piazza Garibaldi station (Trenitalia). Once here, the best way to reach Sorrento is by the CIRCUMVESUVIANA Train (which can be found on the lower level two flights down of the main station NAPOLI CENTRALE). Sorrento is the last stop and the journey takes approximately one hour.
Once in Sorrento call IL NIDO for the free pick-up service. Local call: 0818782766 or 0818073304. The van or the minibus will meet you at the train station in 10-15 min.
Don't forget that free pick up service is available from 03.00pm till 11.00pm. You can also reach us by public bus.
By Car
From the North or South, direction to follow is NAPOLI (NAPLES) Coming from ROME, once in NAPLES look for the A3 signposted SALERNO/REGGIO CALABRIA - PENISOLA SORRENTINA DO NOT FOLLOW THE ROUTE INDICATED SALERNO ONLY You take the Castellammare di Stabia (C:MARE DI STABIA) cut off.(just after POMPEI), which takes you throught VICO EQUENSE.
Follow the signposts SORRENTO through the towns META, PIANO DI SORRENTO and S.AGNELLO. After the Center of Sorrento you will come to a fork in the road.
Take the left signposted S:AGATA sui due Golfi. You're now in Via Nastro Verde.
By plane
From the airport by bus
The best and cheapest way to reach Sorrento from CAPODICHINO AIRPORT is the Curreri bus line.
Tickets are sold directly by the driver. The Bus stops in Sorrento is at the CIRCUMVESUVIANA train Station. Once there just call IL NIDO for the free pick up service.
The free pick up service is available from 03.00pm till 11.00pm. At any other time you can use the public bus to reach our Hotel. Buses leave from the Train Station in Sorrento and follow for Via Nastro Verde. Ask the drivers which one is for Hotel IL NIDO.
Taxi just cost 20,00 euro.
From the Airport by car
Sorrento is 60 Km far from the Airport. Just follow TANGENZIALE signposted and choose direction NAPOLI and not POZZUOLI. Once in NAPLES look for the A3 signposted SALERNO/REGGIO CALABRIA - PENISOLA SORRENTINA, then follow indication written in the part BY CAR. (mettere il segnalibro sopra)
From the airport by train
From Napoli, every 30 minutes, there is the Circumvesuviana train that connect Naples train station to Sorrento. The service is available from 06.30 am till 11:30 pm.
From the Airport by hydrofoil
From the Airport take the bus Alibus to Piazza Municipio - Beverello Harbour and than reach the Port of Sorrento by hydrofoil. For timetable, please visit: Alilauro Company. Once at the port of Sorrento, reach the CIRCUMVESUVIANA train station and call us and we will send the minibus in 10 - 15 min.
By Boat
From Beverello Harbour Naples take the hydrofoil to Sorrento Port.
Once at the port of Sorrento, reach the CIRCUMVESUVIANA train station for the free pick up service or for the public bus. From the Port in Sorrento taxi costs just 20,00 euro.
